• Take the lead in shaping our strategic IIoT offerings in Europe, ensuring they are in line with clients Industry 4.0 strategy, driving innovation, and achieving our business objectives
• Serve in client-facing role designing and delivering IIoT solutions and support Account and Go to market pursuits to secure Consulting and Solution sales
• Provide advanced technical consulting and advice to proposal efforts and solution design
• Acts as an advisor to customer senior IIOT leadership and sets strategic direction for customers based on client’s solutions and products mainly in the IIoT space
• Provide inspiration and effective management to a diverse team, guiding them in the design, development, enhancement, and successful delivery of IIoT solutions
• Create IIoT accelerators to expedite the customer journey and refine our offerings based on valuable customer feedback
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners, crafting compelling value propositions, and representing Client as a thought leader in the area of IIOT and Data & Analytics
• Collaborate seamlessly with solutioning, delivery, and sales teams, ensuring a harmonized approach and successful go-to-market strategies for Client’s IIoT projects throughout Europe

 Skills:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of IIoT, industrial automation, analytics, data lakes and data warehouses and machine learning
• Required experience either on Microsoft Azure or AWS and best practices for building cloud native solutions
• Leadership skills with an ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and manage through influence
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to create and execute successful go-to-market strategies for complex technical solutions.
