Title : FEA Engineer / Sr. FEA Engineer

Discipline : Mechanical Engineering
Education : ME (Mechanical /Production /
Manufacturing/Aerospace Engineering) with 3 years of
experience or BE (Mechanical /Production /
Manufacturing/Aerospace Engineering) with 5 years
experience.
Work hours : The position is located at Coimbatore,
India facility, which may operate twenty-four hour
schedule. To support our US/ Europe clients this job
requires second shift.
Successful candidate must meet the following:
- 3 years proven experience in design of mechanical
systems, machine design, stress analysis of structures,
preliminary sizing of members (i.e Welds, fasteners,
auxiliary equipments, etc).
- Read/comprehend mechanical drawings and understand:
dimensions, tolerances, assembly relationships,
mechanical symbols and diagrams.
- Knowledge in using AutoCAD (to measure dimensions,
etc basics functions) and 3D modeling software Inventor,
ProE or solid works or CATIA is a must.
- Preprocessing using Hyper mesh and ANSYS / workbench
is a must and AI / ICEM is a plus.
- Linear, Nonlinear, dynamics, thermal analysis, APDL
Scripting using ANSYS is a must.
- Exposure with Fluid dynamics analysis is a plus.
- Strong skills in the usage of graphical
presentations, databases, spreadsheets, MathCAD based
data analysis and word-processing software are required.
- Experience in demonstrate / present the results,
preparing Technical report is a must.
- Strong written and verbal skills to technical issues
as projects requires is a must.
- Must be a professional self-starter who works to
achieve challenging objectives with limited supervision.
- General understanding of quality management systems,
exposure with ISO process is a plus.
