flow is divided into two phases: Primary phase and PE&D phase
which each can be easily modified and implemented for any client.

| Based on the
scope and requirement VES will identify the best resource (team)
who will be working onsite with client and understand the product,
study the market trend, identify innovative feasible solutions. |
The knowledge will be transferred to the offsite VES industrial
engineering team, who will be developing the design using latest
product development techniques. Once offsite team is satisfied
with the design, we submit the design to the client in the form of
sketches and CAD models depending upon the complexity.
VES team will work with the client and check for DFA/DFM and DFMA
engineering and add value to the product before a freeze on the
design. Once design is approved, we help our clients implement the
design and do QC/QA checks in different levels. |
